How do you create an environment where people are willing to share their darkest secrets?

A broken heart is a universal experience, but it is often a feeling associated with guilt or shame. I wanted to create a space where people could openly communicate their personal experiences. 

This interactive installation has been shown at FreshMedia 2014.
